Absolutely, Mindful Morning Movement is for everybody, just give it a try and be gentle with yourself. I will suggest different variations of the exercises you can choose from according to what your body tells you.

You create your rhythm according to your goals. It’s a good idea to think about how often on which days you want to participate and why and then just commit to it 🙂

Signing up together with a friend, many friends, family members is a great way to build new routines. 

The best time to start is NOW 🙂

All you need is comfortable clothing and a (yoga)mat or towel. For some of the exercises you’ll also find it helpful to have 1-2 cushions, (yoga) blocks or books at hand.
